Now that it’s post-Labor Day, it feels like the world is back to work. The slower, less intense days of summer are in our rearview mirror, and we regain our hustle realizing the holidays are quickly approaching with four months remaining in 2023.

In the midst of this busy time (and don’t forget all the holiday commitments looming on the horizon), it’s time to remind you that your health is your greatest asset.

As I reflect on myself and the leaders I work with, many of us prioritize convenience over health too often. We’re business leaders and executives sacrificing our well-being for more screen time, another meeting, or fitting in another task.

So, what can we do about it? The answer is clear: Our health should come first. It’s time to make choices prioritizing our well-being over productivity, even if it means taking a step back from our busy lives. I realize that’s easier said than done, and it’s something I’m actively working on.

As we enter the last 30% of the year, there’s no better time to protect our health and ensure a better future.
