What great questions do you ask as a leader?
I love to hear great leaders share their input for the biggest questions they are asking in the moment.
One of my current favorites given the conversations happening in our world right now is this:
Whose perspective would it be useful for me to understand?
When thinking about envisioning a future worth having, one that is inclusive of as many voices, perspectives, and lived experiences as possible we must go back to the beginning.
Coming to terms with what we believe our existing thoughts, biases and fixed ideas are is part of the equation, then asking who we need to include and expecting it will be a departure from what we’ve always done before is next.
