The Learning You’ve Earned #147
Have you ever said something that made a great difference for another person and to you it was commonplace?
It’s interesting when it occurs because it’s clearly a blind spot. It’s an awareness you’ve normalized and taken as fact which for others is a profound insight at that moment.
It’s a terrific gift when someone points it out. Please don’t dismiss it.
When the extraordinary becomes commonplace, it means you’ve grown your way through something. The person who points out the gem is bringing your awareness back to that gift when they point it out.
Be sure not to rush past the learning you’ve earned.
