We’re taking the risk; we’re leaping ahead of what we need and building capacity for where we’re going.
It’s scary, and exhilarating.
We know how to run the business we have today well.
We’ve continued to try to grow our way to the next level by pushing ourselves. It’s not been working, and we’ve certainly been pushing.
So…it’s time to do something entirely different. And we’re going for it.
Everyone is aware of the risk and aligned to making it work.
We’ve never had more capacity than we need, we’ve always extended our capacity which has kept us stuck.
In order to grow, we need to risk.
Wish us well. We’ll see you at the next level.
Growth requires risk, trust, commitment, and learning.
We’re letting go to grow.
