What if you only had one chance to communicate what you wanted to say?
Better yet, what if you treated every conversation as if it was the only opportunity you had?
What would be different?
Would you be more thoughtful before you spoke?
Would you put your device down or turn it off while your audience was there?
Would you listen differently if you only had one chance?
What would you do?
What would you stop doing?
As we enter extended time with family and friends over the holidays, I encourage you to keep these questions in mind. If this was the last time you spent together, how would you show up differently?
