No, really. How are you? 

It seems people are challenged right now. It’s hard to find talent, hospitality is suffering, we’re navigating a messy year, inflation is happening, and people are tired. 

Please remember to make self-care a priority. Here are some ideas: 

Physically: maintain the sleep you need, exercise, do yoga or walk, maintain a healthy diet and stay hydrated. 

Mentally: maintain self-compassion, journal, use breathing techniques and use stress management methods. 

Personally: develop a hobby, set short term goals, travel and meet with people. 

Spiritually: meditate, take time alone, bask in nature, spend time on self-reflection.
