Our second event for the Women’s Entrepreneurial Experience (WEE) was a success! There were over 50 women in attendance, with different generations learning from and being inspired by each other.
Content was shared, connections were made, and we appreciate the support of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) Minnesota chapters and members for spending their evening with the young women. A thank you to Clockwork as well for providing the space- and drinks from their famous office kegerator of course!
The young women gained many valuable insights last night, including the importance of having a support system of fellow women, staying open and flexible to opportunity, and also recognizing and maximizing one’s position as a woman in the workplace. We can think of no better way to celebrate International Women’s Day!
Up next for WEE is the WPO Annual Conference- an international gathering of over 800 female CEOs. We are excited to sponsor 6 young women to attend- stay tuned for updates!
