Liz Brown
Director of Operations
Liz is a successful business leader who has been providing solid interpersonal skills, business analytics, financial management, human resource guidance, creative marketing and fundraising, and sustainable growth strategies to companies in the for-profit and non-profit arenas for over 28 years.
After running a company for several years, Liz is excited to join the YESS! team to support Sue and the business as we continue to grow! She lives in Maple Grove, MN with her husband, Rod. Together they have 5 children and 11 grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family and long motorcycle rides. Liz and Rod are avid football fans and follow several teams during the NFL season.
Ali Stieglbauer
Director of Client Services
Ali serves as Director of Client Services and has been with the company for over 10 years. She truly loves our YESS! clients and her favorite part of her job is getting to connect with our clients and find new ways to serve and support them.
A self-proclaimed “nerd,” Ali has loved building our online learning community and finding new ways to engage with our clients online. You’ll hear Ali as a guest on the Intentional Greatness® podcast and can read her insight as a co-author of Chasing Perfection. In her free time, Ali enjoys walking Lake of the Isles, reading, and checking out restaurants in Minneapolis.

His experience ranges from single point to multi-state organizations, from start-ups to 100 million dollars, and from five to 250 employees.
With over 35 years as an entrepreneur, Dan helps companies consistently grow their business and teams to market leadership while improving employee morale, employee retention, customer satisfaction, and building a more profitable company.

Cindy’s expertise in computer science helps us find new ways to improve client experience and keep YESS! current. In her free time, Cindy enjoys her dogs, reading, traveling, and cooking.
